Развитие рыночной экономики предполагает активное вовлечение структурных экономических единиц государства во внешнеэкономические связи и внешнеторговый обмен. Уровень функционирования региональной экономики во многом определяется структурой его экспортной деятельности, степенью участия в международном разделении труда, что определяет актуальность выбранной темы исследования. Цель исследования заключается в проведении анализа структуры экспорта Республики Марий Эл в контексте выявления приоритетных направлений воздействия на увеличение объемов внешнеторговой деятельности. Использование дедуктивного подхода на основе факторного анализа позволило сформировать главные компоненты, характеризующие структуру экспортного обмена Республики Марий Эл с точки зрения основных сфер экономической деятельности, определяющих направления экспорта. Выделенные индикаторы дают обобщенное описание экспортного обмена, позволяют определить сферы, на которые необходимо осуществлять наибольшее воздействие и направлять инвестиции для расширения внешнеторгового обмена региона. Это имеет немаловажное значение для более быстрого выхода из кризиса и стимулирования развития экономики в период пандемии. Практическая значимость проведенного исследования заключается в определении экономических сфер воздействия для расширения уровня экспорта региона и определении направлений воздействия для скорейшего оздоровления экономики Республики.
The development of a market economy involves the active involvement of the structural economic units of the state in foreign economic relations and foreign trade exchange. The level of functioning of the regional economy was largely determined by the structure of its export activities, the degree of participation in the international division of labor, which determined the relevance of the chosen topic of the study. The investigation purpose is performing analysis of the Mari El Republic export structure in the context of identifying priority areas of impact on the growth of foreign trade activities. The use of a deductive approach based on factor analysis made it possible to form principal components characterizing the structure of the Mari El Republic export exchange from the point of view of the main areas of economic activity that determine the directions of exports. The selected indicators provide a generalized description of the export exchange, allow us to identify areas in which it is necessary to make the most impact and direct investments to expand the foreign trade exchange of the region. That was essential for a faster recovery from the crisis and stimulating economic development during the pandemic. The practical significance of the study is to determine the economic spheres of influence for expanding the level of exports of the region and to determine the directions of impact for early recovery of the Republic economy.
