В рамках исследования рассматривается важный аспект, касающийся изучения роли человеческого капитала в процессе управления формированием результатов интеллектуальной деятельности. Авторы подчеркивают, что одним из ключевых показателей успешности перехода к новой экономике (в частности, «экономике знаний») является уровень накопления человеческого капитала. В исследовании анализирируется эволюция развития концепции человеческого капитала, установлена связь между человеческим капиталом и интеллектуальной собственностью в организациях. Авторы делают вывод о том, что интеллектуальная собственность является неотъемлемой частью человеческого капитала, проявляющейся в творческом применении потенциала сотрудников в трудовой деятельности. На основании анализа современных тенденций и практик авторы также рассматривают взаимосвязанную роль человеческого капитала и процесса управления интеллектуальной собственностью при формировании конкурентных преимуществ и инновационной деятельности организаций. Кроме того, изучен вопрос взаимосвязи и взаимовлияния человеческого капитала и процесса создания результатов интеллектуальной деятельности.
The research considers an important aspect concerning the study of the role of human capital in the process of managing the formation of the results of intellectual activity. The authors emphasize that one of the key indicators of successful transition to a new economy (in particular, «knowledge economy») is the level of human capital accumulation. The study analyzes the evolution of the development of the concept of human capital, establishes the relationship between human capital and intellectual property in organizations. The authors conclude that intellectual property is an integral part of human capital, manifested in the creative application of employees' potential in labor activity. The authors, having analyzed comodern trends and practices, also consider the interrelated role of human capital and intellectual property management process in the formation of competitive advantages and innovation activity of organizations. In addition, the issue of interrelation and mutual influence of human capital and the process of creating the results of intellectual activity is studied.
