Изменение парадигмы экономического развития трансформировало представления об экономике будущего - цифровизация выступает главным компонентом эффективного функционирования в рамках технологического развития страны. При этом процессы лабильности, катахреза и деформации параметрических явлений, наблюдаемые в контексте развития малых территорий, замедляют процессы цифровизации. В соответствии с этим рассмотрение выделенных аспектов является достаточно важным фактором с позиции внедрения элементов цифровизации в экономику страны. Целью научной статьи является изучение вопроса цифровизации экономики в условиях лабильности, катахреза и деформации параметрических явлений малых территорий. В ходе исследования использованы методы ситуационного и имитационного моделирования, аппроксимации и группировки видовых элементов структурного объекта, этапизации и алгоритмизации функциональных процессов. Особый акцент сделан на методологическом аппарате, позволяющем учесть внешние изменения в рамках исследуемой системы и сделать выводы. К данным методическим подходам относится энтропия научного познания, аберрация, робастность.
A change in the paradigm of economic development has transformed ideas about the economy of the future - digitalization is the main component of effective functioning in the framework of the country's technological development. At the same time, the processes of lability, catachresis and deformation of parametric phenomena observed in the context of the development of small territories slow down the digitalization processes. In accordance with this, consideration of the identified aspects is a rather important factor from the point of view of introducing digitalization elements into the country's economy. The purpose of the scientific article is to study the issue of digitalization of the economy in the context of lability, catachresis and deformation of the parametric phenomena of small territories. During the study, methods of situational and simulation modeling, approximation and grouping of species elements of a structural object, staging and algorithmization of functional processes were used. Particular emphasis is placed on the methodological apparatus, which allows to take into account external changes within the framework of the system under consideration and draw conclusions. These methodological approaches include the entropy of scientific knowledge, aberration, and robustness.
