Настоящая статья посвящена исследованию тенденций востребованности на цифровые навыки - Digital Skills и призвана сформировать понимание необходимости проактивного создания цифровой образовательной среды, обусловленное глубинными переменами в экономике и обществе. В статье представлена оценка востребованности компетенций в цифровой экономике, дан прогноз спроса Digital Skills в ближайшие 5 лет в разрезе отраслей промышленности. Практическая значимость состоит в том, что правильная интерпретация востребованности Digital Skills в цифровой экономике позволит компаниям выработать пути для повышения качества человеческого капитала, что обеспечит им конкурентное преимущество.
This article is devoted to the study of trends in demand for Digital Skills and is designed to create an understanding of the need for proactive creation of a digital educational environment, caused by deep changes in the economy and society. The article presents an assessment of the demand for competencies in the digital economy, provides a forecast of the demand for Digital Skills over the next 5 years in industry sectors. The practical significance is the correct interpretation of the demand for Digital Skills in the digital economy will allow companies to devise ways to improve the quality of human capital, which will provide them with a competitive advantage.
