Авторами предложена модель формализации карьерного выбора через решение задачи оптимального управления карьерой в условиях неопределенности. Результаты показывают, что включение психометрической конгруэнтности и многомерной структуры навыков позволяет количественно оценить устойчивость карьерных траекторий. Исследование развивает методологию динамических моделей профессионального выбора. Данные модели способны учитывать многомерную структуру навыков и психологическую конгруэнтность и тем самым дополнять существующие подходы в области профориентационного моделирования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article examines the development of theoretical foundations for intertemporal modeling of career choice based on the integration of human capital development and an individual's psychological profile. The authors propose a model for formalizing career choice by solving the problem of optimal career management under uncertainty. The results demonstrate that the inclusion of psychometric congruence and a multidimensional skill structure enables a quantitative assessment of the stability of career trajectories. This study advances the methodology of dynamic models of career choice.
