В статье представлены результаты исследований особенностей формирования структуры энергообеспечения и политики Евросоюза, направленной на достижение целей по обеспечению высоких темпов роста производства энергии из возобновляемых источников и снижению энергозависимости. Детально анализируются приоритеты и трансформация механизма принятия управленческих решений в условиях глобальных природно-климатических изменений и качественно новой геополитической ситуации.

This article presents the results of a study examining the development of the European Union's energy supply structure and policy aimed at achieving the goals of ensuring high growth rates of renewable energy production and reducing energy dependence. It also provides a detailed analysis of the priorities and transformation of the management decision-making mechanism in the context of global climate change and a fundamentally new geopolitical situation.
