Abstract
The acceleration of urbanization contributes to the development of modern agro-industrial technologies and scientific management methods, but inevitably leads to the migration of the rural population to cities and a reduction in the area of arable land, which complicates food production. It is recommended to use the tools of the theory of inventive problem solving to balance the pace of urban development and ensure food security when working with key factors (land and labor), rational use of resources and ensuring stable food supplies.
