Russia's National Sovereignty Over the Arctic Zone in the Context of Deglobalization

Abstract
This article presents an assessment of the security of the Russian Federation's sovereignty over its polar territories in the context of deglobalization and the division of the world into new associations of countries - macroregions. The analysis of the conditions of the state's strategic control over the Arctic and its connectivity with other regions of the country allows us to conclude that Russian sovereignty in this area is ensured in the medium term, and its strengthening depends on resolving the demographic problems of the eastern Arctic.
