Abstract

The article examines the public administration system in Kyrgyzstan, which is at the stage of formation of its model. The process of carrying out administrative reforms through the adoption of reorganization strategies and the creation of new state institutions, the redistribution of functions and responsibilities is considered. The difficulties of reforming the administrative-territorial structure of the republic, associated with geographical features and a high level of corruption, duplication and overlap of government bodies, are shown. Much attention is paid to the process of creating electronic government and the prospects for its activities.
