Higher Education Reform as an Innovation Management Process

Abstract
The planned reform of higher education affects the vital interests of the entire society, and the need for its implementation is already virtually beyond doubt. The article examines innovative mechanisms for achieving the strategic goals of the reform, the practical application of which can help university graduates acquire competencies that enable them to effectively address the challenges of enhancing the global competitiveness of the Russian economy and make a significant contribution to ensuring the country’s technological sovereignty.
