The article presents a bibliographical sketch of the main theoretical positions of Eurasianists in the aspect of their ideas about the position of Russia in the Eurasian space. An analysis of the works of the proponents of the civilizational approach has shown that, despite their ideological opposition to Eurasianism, they also made a contribution to the study of Russia as part of Eurasian civilization. The conceptual developments of the Novosibirsk school of ethnosociology on the civilizational role of Russia identified the main security challenges for Russia and the tasks that Eurasian civilization is facing today.

The problem of finding the borders of the critical value of the economic number and obtaining relationships that allow a qualitative analysis of the state of economics of various macroeconomic objects is considered. To solve this problem, the apparatus of vector analysis and the theory of dimensions are used. As a result of the research the order of change modulus of rate of unstable development of economy during creation of gross product of the given volume is found. It is proved that the growth of the main factors of production is proportional to the scale of the economy. The boundary of the emergence of resistance to the development of the economy, which appears due to external and internal factors, is found. An equality is obtained that allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of the development of investments at any time intervals. The basic properties of the economic number are studied and its application for the study of the economies of various objects is found. An additional tool has been obtained for dynamic comparative analysis of various economies, regardless of their volumes and economic indicators. 

. The The article considers methodological tools for the assessment of the influence of scientific and technological development on the formation of inclusive economic growth. According to the results of the study, the estimates of the inclusive model of economic development in the regions of the Volga Federal District for the period from 2010 to 2020 were obtained, which allowed to build a production function evaluating the contribution of scientific and technological development in the growth of the studied endogenous factor.

The obtained estimates and developed tools can serve as the basis for the development of directions and emerging prospects for inclusive economic development of the region, as well as expand the existing model range of the theory of economic dynamics.

At the heart of segmentation lies the division of the set of elements into subsets according to given criteria. Even here there is a purely technical, but problem point in explanation of the method to the young businessmen and students of educational institutions, working at their diploma projects and term papers. Considering product market segmentation to find a target market, it is important not only to master the technique of segmentation, but also to understand how to use this method and find a target market that will provide the necessary profit. This article discusses the technique of segmentation without using the apparatus of set theory and provides an overview of the problems that stand in the way of obtaining an effective target market. 

The The article is devoted to the study of the problems of the spread of cybercrime, which has recently become very popular. We analyze information about crimes committed with the use of information and telecommunication technologies in Russia in 2019-2022. We consider the development of actual information threats by quarters for 2019-2022: mobile threats, new modifications of encryptors, mobile banking Trojans, mobile Trojan-extortionists. Statistical analysis of cybercrime development trends and optimistic and pessimistic forecasts of information threats were made. 

One of the key ways to reduce the cost of purchasing electricity for industrial consumers when entering the wholesale electricity market is to eliminate the payment of sales surcharges of regional guaranteeing suppliers. The difference in the values of sales surcharges in the regions of Russia, the irregular share of sales surcharges in the value of the final price of electricity, the constant dynamics of the growth of sales surcharges determine the need for a comparative analysis of the economic effect of entering the wholesale electricity market of industrial enterprises in different regions of Russia. On the basis of the author's indicator “average sales allowance”, a comparative assessment of the absolute values of sales allowances operating in different regions of Russia is carried out, which allows us to emphasize the significant differences in the economic effect obtained by industrial enterprises when entering the wholesale electricity (capacity) market, the value of which can reach sevenfold. Based on the analysis of the indicators of the share of the sales premium in the final price for the supply of electricity in the regions of the Volga Federal District, the conclusion is made: the value of the market tariff does not directly depend on the values of regional sales allowances, however, the share of the component of the sales premium in some regions exceeds 10%, which emphasizes the difference in the possibilities of obtaining an economic effect from work in the wholesale market for industrial enterprises. The article evaluates the dynamics of changes in the indicators of average sales surcharges for the subjects of the Russian Federation, which made it possible to identify the trend of growth of sales surcharges in most regions, that indicates the effectiveness of industrial enterprises entering the wholesale electricity market in the long term.

One of the reasons of social contradictions aggravation in modern USA is inequality of provision of the population with medical benefits, which actualizes the research of reforms and directions of regional policy, carried out by the state in the sphere of health care. The purpose of the research consists in revealing the tendency of formation of inequality in provision of the population of the USA with medical services, developed as a consequence of socio-economic and political processes in American society, expressed in permanent reforming of national health care and state regulation of regional problems. On the basis of the evolutional-genetic approach to the subject of research and the use of methods of statistical and economic analysis, as well as abstract-logical methods of processing of the theoretical material the results were obtained, that reflect the dynamics of the studied inequality and the factors determining it during 1951—2020 years were revealed. A number of conclusions reflecting the spatial-temporal and socio-structural nature of inequality in the provision of medical benefits to the US population, determined by the economic and political cyclism of the development of American society in the period under study, are made. The consequence of cyclicity is the inconsistency of reforming and using various types of state regional policy in the regulation of healthcare, depending on conjunctural factors. 

The article deals with the results of statistical analysis of inflation and possible conditions for the introduction of a single currency in the economic community of West African states (ECOWAS). The ECOWAS countries have failed to create a monetary union for reasons of failure to meet the criteria of economic convergence. This project has been under discussion for half a century. The article, using methods of statistical analysis, assesses the conditions for the creation of a single currency and identifies the factors affecting inflation in ECOWAS. The analysis shows that the creation of a single currency in ECOWAS could reduce the overall price level, as evidenced by the processes in the countries of the Economic and Monetary Union of West African States (UEMOA) after the creation of the FCFA currency. The study identifies the determinants of inflation in ECOWAS and assesses the main convergence criteria for the creation of a single currency. However, it was found that the conditions for the implementation of a single currency area are not realized.
