Abstract
The article considers the issues of international cooperation of prosecution authorities in providing legal assistance in the criminal sphere. In addition, this article is devoted to the issues of interaction of prosecution agencies against crime within the framework of regional international organizations. To do this, extradition as a legal phenomenon is analyzed in detail, the procedures carried out on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan to extradite a person wanted by the competent authorities of another state are described. Documents and normative acts on the basis of which extraordinary measures are carried out are given. The authors focus on the peculiarities of the criminal procedure laws of the CIS countries, which complicate the extradition procedure. Concrete steps are described that allow optimizing the work of the extradition institution and minimizing possible contradictions related to the peculiarities of national legislations.

Abstract
The article is devoted to current threats to information security associated with the widespread dissemination of computer technology. The author considers one of the aspects of cybercrime, namely crime using artificial intelligence. The concept of artificial intelligence is analyzed, a definition is proposed that is sufficient for effective enforcement. The article discusses the problems of criminalizing such crimes, the difficulties of solving the issue of legal personality and delinquency of artificial intelligence are shown. The author gives various cases, explaining why difficulties arise in determining the person responsible for the crime, gives an objective assessment of the possibility of criminal prosecution of the creators of the software, in the work of which there were errors that caused harm to the rights protected by criminal law and legitimate interests.

Abstract
The article discusses the issues of achieving the required level of quality in the process of using budget funds by state financial control bodies, including the Treasury of the Russian Federation. Attention is paid to the internal audit of the treasury, performance indicators. The functions of control and audit of the federal government institution “Center for supporting the activities of the Treasury of Russia” as an auxiliary body of the Treasury are considered. Based on this, the focus of at ten-tion was associated with the study of the process of control of the treasury in ensuring the economic security of the entire state. The tasks were solved in terms of disclosing the concept of “control and supervision activity”, determining the place and role of control bodies in budgeting, considering the role of the treasury in ensuring control over budget execution and analyzing identified violations in the budget process, identifying areas for improving the control and supervision of the treasury.

Abstract
The study conducted a comparative analysis of depreciation and investment tax deduction, calculated the economic effect of applying investment deduction, utilizing the appropriate depreciation methods (linear, non-linear) and using the bonus depreciation, identified the main advantages and disadvantages of using the investment deduction, examined depreciation standards in accordance with international financial reporting standards, conducted analysis of the application level of benefits for corporate income tax in the framework of depreciation corporate policy.

Abstract
The approval in February 2019 of the Strategy for spatial development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2025, in which one of the principles of spatial development of the country is designated as a differentiated approach to directions and measures of state support for socio-economic development of territories, requires scientific substantiation of the appropriate methodological tools for typology of municipalities. In this regard, this article analyzes a number of methods for a comprehensive, integrated assessment of the level of development of municipalities. Four options of our own methods are proposed for assessing the level of socio-economic development of municipal districts, urban districts and their classification: a method for calculating an integral indicator of socio-economic development level, a method of summing up places, a method for scoring each indicator, and a method for scoring each block of indicators. Testing the proposed tools on the materials of the Vologda region determined the most optimal methodology for the purposes of implementing regional and local socioeconomic policies.

Abstract
The article reflects the experience of developing a child with ASD in joint classes. The technology of long-term correctional work using visual aids, which was carried out by a psychologist with the participation of a parent, is described. The conditional stages of correctional work reflecting the consistent management of a child with autism from imitation of drawing to immediate creativity are distinguished. The process of gradually complicating the interests of the child, understanding the current life, developing new skills is shown. The application of the guiding commentary in correctional work involving the parent is described.

Abstract
The article deals with Russian-Chinese relations in the aspect of trade and economic cooperation. The author emphasizes that the border territories have special opportunities for the development of cooperation, which can be realized only on the condition of friendly relations between the countries. The author points out that the development of economic ties between Russia and China at the beginning of the 21st century took place against the background of strengthening cultural and political contacts. The author analyzes the challenges that have arisen against the background of the global financial crisis and discusses the ways to overcome its negative consequences by strengthening certain sides of the interaction between our countries.

Abstract
This article discusses the option of publishing print media at the international level as a way to strengthen and develop the modern media sources. Also a variant of its promotion is proposed, which differs from the already functioning options, but at the same time requires significant changes in the organization of the media. As part of the review, questions were examined regarding the complexity of implementing such a project, such as modifying the structure of a publication, cost calculation.

Abstract
The study examines the issues of formation of music education in Novo-Nikolaevsk, the rudiments of which were laid from the very beginning of the construction of the bridge-builder village, continued with private lessons and finally resulted in the organization of the first musical educational institutions: the schools of S. N. Zavadovsky and Y. C. Sventorzhetskaya and after arrival in the city of the Red Army in the spring of 1920 of a new music school (in fact, the first Soviet educational institution of culture). N.P. Viduley and E.M. Skvortsova were at the beginning of the last-mentioned. Unfortunately, with the transition of music education to the municipal department, it began to experience financial difficulties that led to the closure of the first Soviet music school in 1927. In addition, the article considers local history aspects - the location of schools, the former names of the city streets.

Abstract
The article discusses the patriotic mood of workers and employees, Komsomol members and youth, all working people of West-Siberia manifested in helping residents and defenders of resisting Leningrad, as well as Stalingrad. As the areas of the USSR were liberated from Nazi occupation, aid was aimed at restoring industry, agriculture and other industries, in which workers, employees and collective farmers took an active part. It was established that the working people of the larger regions of Western Siberia took patronage over certain regions and cities freed from occupation. In particular, the Novosibirsk region patronized and provided multilateral assistance to the Voronezh region, and Novosibirsk to Voronezh. Omsk region provided patronage assistance to Donbass.

Abstract
New sources are published about white terror in Siberia: materials of the investigation file of the head of the garrison of the city of Tatarsk, I. A. Mikheev and the chief of police of the Tatarsk district N. I. Stepanova. The published documents shed light on the circumstances of the extrajudicial execution of political prisoners by the Kolchak residents in Tatarsk prison on November 19, 1919. Based on the published documents, it was established who ordered the execution of political prisoners during the evacuation of the prison and who enforced this order, as well as the number of victims of extrajudicial execution was specified. In addition, the published documents contain valuable information about the degree of collapse and disorganization of the Kolchak army and state apparatus after the surrender of the capital of white Siberia, the city of Omsk.

Abstract
The article provides an analysis of the problems of the provision of camps in Siberia with personnel and the protection of foreign prisoners of war and internees in the 1945-1950s, which were considered and resolved both at the state and regional levels. Despite the low personnel potential, a systematic under-staffing of the military personnel of the garrison of the convoy troops and private security in 1947-1948 largely these problems were solved. This was made possible thanks to the complex of administrative and educational measures, the reduction of unprofitable and understaffed units, the staffing of the camps with freed up qualified officers, prison guards and civilian employees, the strengthening of military discipline, the combat and service training of personnel, the strengthening of control by political departments and operational departments, and the intensification of intelligence -information activities. It was possible to reduce the number of shoots.
